Madison’s Boutique Inspired Senior Session + Arrington Vineyards

Sunday I woke up to sunny skies and 75 degree brisk beautiful Tennessee fall weather. Sunday at lunchtime there was severe thunderstorm warnings and a torrential down pour. Sunday at 3pm there was no rain and cloudy skies….

So having a senior sessions scheduled at  Arrington Vineyards during golden hour presented a little issue. I HATE rescheduling sessions because I know how much goes into preparing for your session,  however, there are instances in inclement weather that this is the case. What I hate even more though is rescheduling and the predicted, unpredictable Tennessee weathers proves us wrong and turns out to be nothing like what we had anticipated.

Madison, my senior, wanted to take on the adventure and try to make it work! ( It’s the little things that make me so very happy 🙂 ) We showed up the vineyard to the greyest darkest sky you can imagine, wind blowing, people hurrying to their cars to leave.. and an almost empty vineyard. We quickly cranked out a set of poses in outfit one and MISSED the rain. She changed into a stunning outfit 2, to find clear skies!!! Then finish up with my favorite, outfit 3, and wrap up a rain free, gorgeous session!

Madison might be the sweetest girl I’ve ever met. A quiet demeanor and a smile that is contagious!!! Combine that with a heart for an adventure and a positive attitude and you a dream client : ) I loved shooting Madison .. during our not so golden hour that turned out to be one of my most favorite senior sessions so far!!!
